The hotel is located in the Carruba scenic area, overlooking the port of Cetraro. It has 19 rooms (all with private bathrooms, air conditioning, telephone, TV and hair dryer), 3 indoor restaurants, including two air-conditioned (with about 400 seats), a pizzeria, a bar, a TV room, wide open spaces for the pizzeria and restaurant, a terrace solarium with a large garden with plants of the Mediterranean including a carob tree of nearly a thousand years. 
 The local as well as a large parking lot in front has also an enclosed parking - free of charge, not guarded. It is an agreement with bathing beach for the beach service.
The winter is mild and short and the temperature rarely approaches zero.
